Looks like old barbed wire, but is made of pure leather. Flogger with 20 strands of leather-made imitation barbed wire in rusty silver, approx. 61cm/24", of which approx. 17cm/7" handle made of individually dyed bamboo wood, finished with the finest lacquer and with a finish made of V2A stainless steel and nickel-plated brass.
