This piece is not a toy and was designed and manufactured as a historically accurate exhibit based on illustrations and archaeological findings from the time of the Roman Empire.
Using this flagellum would be extremely dangerous and would cause serious injuries. For these reasons, it cannot and must not be used as a BDSM toy or a weapon, and I only make it to order for select buyers. Therefore, please allow me to ask what you intend to use this piece for.
Roman flagrum. Designed in the style of an ancient model. (3 strands of solid 5mm natural leather in vintage brown, approx. 76cm/30", of which approx. 20cm/8" is a handle made of individually dyed bamboo, finished with the finest lacquer and with a patinated bronze end cap), fitted with a bone-carved spacer and adorned with 3 solid lead balls, approx. 20mm in diameter, each topped with 6 bronze points of approx. 7mm.
