It looks like old barbed wire, but it's made of pure leather. Handbag-sized flogger with 14 strands of leather imitation barbed wire in rusty silver, approx. 43cm/17", of which approx. 13cm/5" handle made of fine rosewood, finished with the finest lacquer and with a finish of V2A stainless steel and nickel-plated brass.
