Whip with 6-9 strands of zebra hide, approx. 53cm/21", including a 17cm/7" handle made of custom-dyed bamboo, finished with the finest lacquer and finished with a V2A stainless steel end. I use hide from the Plains Zebra, which comes from a farm in South Africa and is allowed to be traded internationally without CITES.
Each strand is bonded to a layer of cream-colored leather on the skin side. This makes it more stable and offers different surfaces on both sides.
